They have even opened up the office to accommodate me when I have had an emergency that required attention. They support the people and community where they work and live . . . how much more does a person need to hear to understand they are truly the best!!!

(June 10, 2019, 9:49 pm)I used to be scared of dentists, because my last dentist did poorly. Dr. Adam Lyle and staff are very clear in communication, careful, and friendly. The atmosphere is easygoing. I’ve had lots of dental work done by Dr. Lyle over the last 5+ years, and it was never a negative experience. If I had any questions or concerns, they always had the answers or helped me with any dental needs. Even if I’m not living in West Kelowna, it’s worth driving to because I’d never want a different dentist.

Dr. Lyle does not engender that feeling in me. He is concerned and caring as he does all he can to make a visit as painless and comfortable as possible. And this applies to all the staff at Valley West. From the moment one walks through the door one is made to feel at ease.
This is not a simple task and I praise the whole staff for a job well done.
