Budget Blinds of Kelowna

I find most customer service these days is just ok, which is odd, because that’s ALL a company has going for it in a competitive market. I rarely write reviews, but just had to, after my interactions with Lauren at Budget Blinds in Kelowna. She truly went the extra mile, and with the help of Tyler, solved my situation 100%, and I couldn’t be happier. Give these guys your business, you won’t be disappointed. THANK YOU!!

I can't say enough about Budget Blinds! Tyler has given us top notch service time and again. He's honest, trustworthy and efficient. He follows up when he says he will and his products are high quality and have always stood the test of time, while being competitively priced. We have used Budget Blinds a few times in different homes and highly recommend them to everyone!

Tyler from Budget Blinds of Kelowna did a small job for myself in my previous home (Bathroom blind + Back Entrance Door). I had a couple of things I was not happy with and Tyler fixed everything to my liking! The job was so small that I am sure that the company made very little profit if any, but things were looked after to my satisfaction!
When I purchased my new home Budget Blinds was the company doing the job for my entire house hands down! Tyler came out to the house and measured everything and advised what colours he thought I should go with to compliment the surroundings in my home. Tyler absolutely NAILED IT!!!! the colours matched beautifully and the blinds fit exactly! Tyler had recommended a battery operated blind for my Sun Roof in the Kitchen area, since being installed the heat that was coming in through the Summer has been eliminated + eliminating heat loss through the Winter months! The Blind has been operational for 7 months and the batteries have not been replaced once + the blind has been operational @ 100% the entire time! 2 other power operated blinds (Re-Chargeable - No charge has been needed as of yet) they were installed on 2 small windows that are also working AWESOME!!! When the blinds were installed in the house Tyler wanted to be on scene with his installation crew to make sure everything was to my satisfaction - which it was 100% plus!!! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Kelowna, Tyler and his entire team!

Tyler and Karen are professional, kind and down to earth. I would highly recommend shopping with them. As a manager of a store myself, I have seen and witnessed great customer service first hand, and they go above and beyond for their customers. If I have the opportunity to shop for blinds again I will for sure go back. Thanks guys.

We just moved to Kelowna and needed blinds for our new house, I can’t explain the amazing experience we had dealing with Tyler. We have never had to deal with blinds in our old place nor knew about all the different types of blinds that you could choose from.
