(June 8, 2019, 5:13 pm)I have taken both our vehicles to Autoplace for brake inspections. Joe said I only needed to do the brakes on one of the vehicles. He suggested the second vehicle be checked in 6 months.
In addition, I was told by the Hyundai dealer that the water pump was leaking on my wife's car. I had Joe check it and he said that was not the case.
On another occasion i had booked an oil change. I waited for the oil change to be done. After about 45 minutes I went up to the service desk and asked how much longer . It appeared that someone dropped the ball as they had not even brought the vehicle in for servicing. They ended up doing the synthetic oil change and for my trouble they did not charge me.
All to say that I have been very impressed with both the customer service as well as the honesty . You hear so many horror stories about auto dealers and service garages doing work not required so when you find a auto service company that is honest and gives great service, it is a pleasant surprise.
Autoplace on Springfield road will definitely be where I will be taking our cars for all future servicing. Thanks to Joe and staff. -
