The big problem with this store, is that it is too small for the market it is supposed to serve. This results in the "Cast" tripping over each other when they are on "stage" while trying to help customers in their assigned parts of the store. They recently lost the opportunity to expand the store because management from Sephora Canada took too long to make a decision, so the space on either side got rented out. The perspective of the Kelowna store by Sephora Canada is also the likely reason the store is constantly under stocked, to the misfortune to the people who actually work there.
Hit and miss with staff but the visit today is where they go from 4 stars 2 one. I don’t really mind not being offered help as I usually I know what I want. And when I needed help they where good with that in the past. But issue is they where just super snobby today probably because only make up I was wearing was brows and a bit of blush. But I’m not Jaclyn hill nor are most your costumers. Some people where less makeup in summer. Also the cashier was a little rude she agrrively asked if I had tap and I said no but can you tap just to see if I have it. Then she said didn’t work and you might have insufficient funds. Which I knew I did not and just think that was very rude! After used my pin and was fine. Just would say they shouldn’t judge people for not wearing makeup some people come in and don’t wear much because they plan to try some on or plan to try some skin care out before they bye. Lots of other visit have been great but a few where like todays advice to management discourage your staff from being snobby to customers!
