  It was my first time shopping here today and I must say it was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences EVER! The lady who helped me was kind and so knowledgeable of their inventory. The clothes are classy, professional and of great style and quality. I'll be shopping here often!

  This is the only store in Kelowna that I consider for stylish shopping (or otherwise I do online shopping)! Great location, specious fitting rooms, friendly services, and A++ quality clothing...Typically I visit this store at least once a month, and so far I had only a few return or exchange, they were super helpful and friendly...

  This store is for stylish woman with dignity and class, good quality and elegance fit... not like average Canadian clothing stores such as Winners or Marshal

  This may be one of the better women's clothing stores in Kelowna and I shop there occasionally; however, their customer service could use some fine-tuning. They've always been prone to snobbery, but I was in there today and was treated very rudely by the manager upon taking back a blouse - there was no call for it and she argued with me about the return policy before storming off in a huff, leaving a salesperson to do the exchange. I doubt I'll return after the treatment I received today. The quality is on par with Winners, anyway.
