  Just bought our new truck from this dealer, he was honest and straightforward. He gave us a reasonable trade in and an excellent price on our new truck. He also backed up his product without issue, very trustworthy and professional. Most definitely would recommend!

  Well, there goes the image of the sleazy used car salesman. Chris was great. He is honest, patient and absolutely no pressure. Gave us a great deal on a beautiful used car with a Lubrico warranty. We have now asked him to let us know when a suitable vehicle comes in for my husband-that's how great this guy is to deal with. Highly recommended.

  Thea guys have done a fantastic job in the used car market in Kelowna. They have a great selection if inventory at the right prices. They have made getting a vehicle very easy and attainable ! Having a 3 month warranty was also very comforting to have - just in case !
  I’d highly recommend the crew over at Total Image - they know how to treat the customer and nodoubtly will have repeat business.

  Best experience purchasing a car hands down. The cars are as clean in real life as they are in the pictures. The car I bought is in excellent running condition and reliable. Chris is honest and so helpful, not pushy at all. Exceptional customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle.

  I was shopping around for a used car and they had a good selection of cars in my price range. I liked how the sales guy Chris was not trying to oversell me on anything and was super friendly. I ended up getting mazda 3 and I have to say it was the easiest car purchase I have made.
