(June 11, 2019, 8:00 pm)We were extremely happy with our experience with Kelowna RVs. We arranged much of our purchase and trade over the phone and Randy was very helpful and easy to contact. Kevin made the financing pretty easy and we very much appreciated all the time Gord spent with us on our orientation, going through the coach and showing us how it all works. He even phoned the next day to tell us something else he had found out about the fridge. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend Kelowna RVs to anyone considering an RV purchase.

When travelling with friends who had made a purchase here (and highly recommended Kelownarvs) we stopped to just look at alternatives to our truck camper. A small used trailer caught our eye and we verbally discussed our trade in value. Since we do not make financial decisions quickly, we advised the salesman, Izak, that we would "think about it". There was never any type of pressure to make a deal right now. Izak answered all our questions truthfully. We returned several days later and negotiated a fair price. Any minor concerns with the trailer were noted and arrangements made to pick up the trailer several days later. On pick up day all items of concern had been looked after. Staff ensured the trailer was hooked up properly and was pulling level. Every person we dealt with was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our permanent residence is near Edmonton, AB, however, Kelownarvs will be our first stop when looking for another RV. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. First class and deserving of five stars.

(June 6, 2019, 5:09 am)The staff at Kelowna RV are amazing. They're knowledgeable and helpful every step of the buying process. A family run business they take the extra care and attention to detail for each customer. The result? It makes the entire experience feel personal. We loved the service so much that we came from Squamish to Kelowna to buy our new travel trailer. They're also incredibly efficent and always have time for extra questions - especially for first time buyers who need extra help during the "how to operate your new travel travel".
I highly recommend Kelowna RV and if your not certain just give them a call or text and you'll be glad you did! -

(May 9, 2019, 3:00 am)We had a great experience dealing with Kelowna RV. Izak and Larry were great to deal with.
We weren't local to them and so a lot of our exchanges were through email. They were always handled quickly.
Despite having several modifications done, the unit was ready on time. Gord did a good job showing us the operation of the trailer while one of their service techs was on hand to give us an assist when needed.
We are looking forward to heading out in our little Prolite Plus soon.

(April 27, 2019, 5:47 pm)I purchased a used RV here and is was a great experience. No high pressure sales and everyone helpful and attentive. The pre delivery walk through is outstanding and everything is covered. If you are looking for a new or used RV a stop here is warranted.
