  Darlene was profession and prompt. Dealing with our insurance company for a very large non-standard RV windshield that needed to come from the US was far more complex than for a standard car windshield. Darlene supported and streamlined the process by dealing directly with the insurance company. Since we could not continue our trip without a replacement, she convinced the insurance company to speed up their normal bureaucratic process and had us on our way sooner than it otherwise would have been. We could not have gotten better service therefore would recommend Darlene and Dean to anyone. Thank you Darlene.

  Dean and Darlene are honest people dedicated to providing the best possible service to repair your car. They fixed my VW 2003 ragtop that had started to come apart for the most reasonable price you could ever expect. I had gone to several dealership and fabric-repair places, but everything pointed to my giving up on my car and buying a new one, since the cost of repairing the roof would be exorbitant. Instead, they saved the day with a simple repair that has held up very well, and arranged for a cheap car rental while I waited overnight for the glue to dry. I unequivocally recommend them for glass and fabric repairs.

  It's worth driving from wherever you live in the Okanagan to get your chip repairs and other windshield/upholstery work done here, because the service is above and beyond. They handle ICBC coverage too, so it's super easy. Last Saturday I was in with my little dog who was all wet from the rain, and Darlene gave me a blanket to put on the seat for him! Like how sweet is that?

  I drove from Kamloops to get a plastic rear window replaced, due to it being torn. Due to the distance there was a miscommunication and the window could not be replaced without replacing the entire roof. They went out of their way to manual repair the window with glue and caulking. They only charged me for the work done and not a window ordered in the miscommunication. the window has held for the last 10 months and looks to be holding on strong.
  I highly recommend 1st Class. they do a great job and are honest brokers.
