(May 31, 2018, 5:13 pm)I contacted Steve for a service call on a Samsung fridge at my rental house. Instead of coming out and charging me he took the time over the phone to trouble shoot. The fix worked and it didn't cost me anything. Thanks so much for your time Steve, you are my first call should I ever need appliance repair again.

(January 30, 2018, 7:36 pm)Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came to install it promptly. When the new part was faulty, he kept at it and found a way to fix the old part so we wouldn’t have to be without a stove. Good guy.
