(September 12, 2022, 8:39 pm)These people are fabulous. We needed to do some minor repairs to our patio windows and needed new standard rollers. Having tried to find these rollers from 3 other window companies and failed, we tried Allied. Kudos to both Bonnie and Kevin for helping us out. When it comes time to replace our windows, Allied Glass will be the first ones we call. Couldn't ask for better customer service - their the best.

Great service; high quality materials and workmanship; polite, respectful and professional crews who worked diligently and efficiently on each project. Highly recommend.

(February 25, 2022, 4:03 am)I managed to break part of a handle that would help me open and close my upstairs window 6 months ago. Allied Glass was recommended to me as they were known to have a good inventory of that particular handle.
Every now and then I would touch base with them and was reassured that my turn would come eventually as they were swamped with customers who were ahead of me.
A couple of weeks ago, a knowledgeable technician arrived on my doorstep and had the problem solved in no time. Rather than leave me with an opener that he had found in his truck that was a different color to mine, he headed back to the shop and returned in short order with the right one.
I was totally impressed with the care and skill of this technician. I was equally thankful for the patience and reassurance of the women who kept track of me over those many months and reassured me that I wasn't forgotten. -

I had a custom request for a 6.5" circle to be cut in the middle of a sheet of glass and Kevin explained to me the process, he was going to have to do it by hand which he managed to do flawlessly and made the time to do it before the start of the following day so that my work day wouldn't be interrupted and charged me next to nothing! I tried to tip and he refused to take it!
I can't express enough how wonderful the customer service was after multiple other glass shops in the Victoria area with nobody willing to attempt the job and some being quite rude!
