Selling the family home wasn't expected to be difficult but Karl and his team made it a memorable experience and greatly exceeded all of our expectations. We were educated on what to expect and advised a sensible strategy that worked out for both us and the neighbourhood we grew up in. Well done and highly recommended.

We recently sold our home in Victoria and had the pleasure of working with Karl and Grant of the Preferred Homes. Both of these realtors were very friendly and professional. They answered all our questions immediately and helped us through our journey with their extensive knowledge and friendly suggestions. Highly recommended.

We used The Preferred Homes Team to sell our townhouse and buy our new house in Victoria's relatively challenging market in January/February 2022. Mark and Karl provided us with expert advice after closely reviewing all of our needs. The team was outstanding and the results met and exceeded all of my family's expectations.
I would highly recommend The Preferred Home Team as their skill set and professionalism were second to none.

    Thank you, Mark & Karl!

This summer Mark Roozendaal helped us sell our house and buy a new one. He was amazing. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and buying, and professional throughout the process. Despite a lot of competition among buyers, he helped us get the perfect home. Mark responded to our texts and calls right away and kept us apprised of important dates and deadlines. He had the whole process in hand from start to finish. Mark is an excellent realtor!

I am far from an easy buyer to work with, I was hounding Mark day and night and he was consistently attentive to the stresses that we were under, getting precise answers to questions, running every odd scenario that we came up with, doing last minute viewings, background info, comparisons... you name it. We found a beautiful home and helped us make the right bid for our budget and we managed to get it even against over a dozen other bids. It took three different attempts on properties, but he never wavered and was always honest about opportunities and the outlook. He didn't let us panic and buy something unsuitable when we easily could have. He guided us through a very frightening time to be a buyer and we feel incredibly lucky to have found the home that we did. Mark is second to none, if you're fortunate enough to get the opportunity to have him work for you, don't pass on it.
