I was particularly pleased with: her multi approach to communication as the moment presented using either text, email, or voice; her quick response to queries; her availability to respond outside of m-f 9-5; her setting up a full day ‘tour’ of possibles site visits; her knowledge of the Van Isle n Gulf Island communities; her setup of the ‘possibles’ searches; and her easy going manner. We were new to the market and asked a lot of questions, Lindsay was always patient, answered honestly and in a timely manner. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. In this market you have to act quickly and Lindsay was there for us every step of the way. She even provided moving totes and dollies that helped make our move a breeze – how thoughtful is that?! If you are looking to purchase a home, she is someone you want on your team.

As first time home buyers, she really took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked, and lent her expertise in the greater Victoria housing market to make sure we were getting a good deal.
