Deanna had my listing up and running quickly, despite some last minute problems related to a departing tenant, and was able to ready the house and get pictures very quickly, showing the house to best advantage.
When it came time to review offers, Deanna was well organized, with comments on each potential buyer, making our choice of buyer a matter of only a few minutes of conversation, leading to a successful conclusion
Deanna and her team were happy to undertake tasks that made this listing and sale a pleasant and mutually satisfying experience.

Deanna was very generous with her time and knowledge of the area. She spent a lot of time touring us when we arrived in person and followed up with FaceTime when we returned home. After showing us several properties she quickly understood what we were looking for and we were able to find the right place shortly after. She made the remote process seamless and recommended local lawyers and home inspectors which was much appreciated. We took possession in November and couldn’t be happier with everything Deanna has done for us!

She is extremely honest when it comes to the homes itself. She'll let you know if it's a good deal, neighbourhood, build... Literally everything. With Deanna it doesn't feel like house searching. It's like hanging out... while looking a really cool places! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase ANY home in Victoria. Cheers to Deanna and her amazing team.
