After a while I realized that, for him, it was not an extra step; it's just the way he approaches his work. Cale is very personable, a strong communicator, extremely hard working, and very patient. He provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the process and was particularly valuable in the final negotiations. Once you find a resource like this, it is unfortunate you get to use it so seldom.

I could feel that he honestly cared about finding me the right property and not just about closing a deal. His knowledge of the market, investing and renovations added insight that I have yet to find working with other real estate agents. I can’t speak highly enough of Cale. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and made this purchase a breeze. I will definitely work with Cale again in the future.

His engaging personality made it very easy for us to have open lines of communication throughout the buy/sell process. He has built an extensive network of connections and these served us well in many areas, not being from the Island ourselves. His depth of understanding of the local real estate market, along with his attention to detail really put him a whole level above other agents. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Cale responds your requests super fast and arranges showings in a heartbeat. given this market environment, without Cale's efforts I don't think I would locate my condo in a pleasant spot with the price I am comfortable with. highly recommended!
