(July 6, 2021, 5:57 am)We rented two paddle boards and a double kayak and had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to ensure that we had a great experience. We usually go to the Brentwood location however the Swartz Bay location offers some very beautiful scenery and some interesting areas to paddle in. Can't wait to return!

(July 2, 2021, 3:29 am)The experience was excellent all the way around. The online booking system is easy to use. The sign in process was clear and efficient. The staff are knowledgeable and gave instructions without making us feel inadequate. The equipment was clean and in good shape and they ensured it was fitted properly to each of us. The ramp made it easy as you step into the kayak on the ramp and they push you gently out. And docking at the end was just as simple - run your kayak up onto the ramp and dismount dry!

(September 6, 2020, 5:20 am)We had EJ as our guide. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us things along the shore and she was easy to talk to. It’s a beautiful place to kayak. Easy to learn. I would recommend it.

(August 24, 2020, 6:24 pm)Their online booking system is really easy to use, and their staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be back. The only opportunity for improvement would be having an explanation on their website about how to find them. They are tucked in the back corner of a sizeable Marina. It took me a bit to figure out where E Dock is as I'm not super familiar with Marinas. It would be nice to have a map and written directions. Other than that (and it is very minor), I was impressed overall.

(July 19, 2020, 8:07 pm)Amazing experience! Super friendly staff helped a group of us (2 adults and 3 children) into a double kayak and canoe. Everything was clean and sanitized as per COVID 19 precautions. We saw so much wildlife while paddling around the gulf islands. So many seals relaxing on the little islands and playing in the water, as well as jellyfish of all different kinds, 3 bald eagles, crabs, fish, and the kids favourite - baby raccoons. Can’t wait for our next adventure - will definitely be back this summer!
