Wonderful volunteers with a good healthy selection of food stuff for needy people.
I've been overwhelmed with grief at Christmas, when my kid's birthday's come around (like right now) and now I'm having issues with my vehicle. Not only are they a food bank, they're very knowledgeable when helping other's and they're helping me get the best help I can at the moment. A *special* shout out and thank you for Kim, who's never stopped being there for me since the first time I met her!

Open on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thursday of each month. Free coffee available. If you need a food box be sure to bring ID for yourself and any dependants. Super friendly and helpful volunteers. Food hampers are full of good quality and healthy foods. Parking available. Entrance on the lower side of the Sooke Hall.
