(January 17, 2019, 5:03 am)My family stayed at Malahat farm for a week over new year. It is the most amazing place. Sheila is so welcoming and has the most wonderful stories about the history of the farm which our whole family loved hearing. The renovations on the cottage while not completely finished will be absolutely beautiful and we will definitely stay again. It’s peaceful, relaxing and also full of adventure. Thankyou Sheila for making us feel so welcome .

(November 2, 2014, 6:59 pm)A beautiful private 3BR cottage that has all the charm of a historic house and all the comforts of modern living (TV, wifi, washer/dryer, dish washer etc). The house is fully stocked with everything you would need for a few days or a few weeks.
The location is fantastic - tucked away in the woods but with close access to the main coastal road and just a 10 min drive to Sooke for groceries and gas. The house is an easy drive to surfing/ hiking/ beaches at French Beach, China Beach, Sombrio Point, Jordan River, the Juan de Fuca trail, and great eating spots like Shirley Delicious and the Cold Shoulder Cafe.
