They done the work in a timely manner, and explained every detail of the work done to me. Price quoted for the work was close to what they said. Overall I am very happy with any service they do on my truck.

It took a few weeks for me to make it over from the mainland due to so many issues but he was super patient and reasonable about my arrival. Coming from the mainland he made it super easy for me to pick up my truck. If you need any vehicle from Van Isle Ford definitely get ahold of Dustin! Great guy!

Charles replied to my late evening email to my surprise and continued to give me wonderful updates and communication before we even stepped foot onto the dealership and was a treat to deal with once we were there in person, very friendly and seemed nothing was too much to ask, knowledgeable about the products and eager to share his expertise.
Mark the finance wizard was also exceptionally friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain all our options along the way, there was never any scare tactics or pressure to accept anything very down to earth, it was a very enjoyable experience start to finish got us a great rate on a great truck!
If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I would without hesitation recommend Van Isle Ford and go check them out for yourself. Look forward to building our relationship with the service centre moving forward.
