From the moment I walked onto the lot I was greeted by Tanner Doucette. Tanner was knowledgeable about the Ram trucks I was looking at, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences without any pressure or rush. Tanner's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my entire visit.
Tanner their sales professional was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of their vehicles, from safety features to performance capabilities. He patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a choice.

(August 30, 2023, 6:56 pm)Such a great experience. I dealt with Tanner but suspect everyone at Alberni Chrysler is amazing. It was refreshing to work with a car salesman with such full transparency. I never felt pressured or sold. And didn't have to go through the usual haggling. It felt like an easy candid conversation and in the end i definitely got the right vehicle for me.

(August 25, 2023, 1:05 am)My AISIN transmission to my new 2022 Ram 3500 broke 40km from their dealership on family vacation. I was extremely lucky to deal with the team at Alberni Chrysler. All the way from Ethan in the service department, the friendly sales gentleman who loved our dogs, and the service team for doing the transmission repair starting Monday afternoon and returning it Thursday morning. You boys crushed that out so fast!!! Everyone was friendly and professional through all of my interactions. It takes a team to deliver this kind of service and they have an amazing one!

(July 28, 2022, 2:59 am)Today I bought a new to me 2018 Chevy Cruze. Dealing with the sales man Tanner Doucette was an absolute breeze, he was very easy to deal with. We didn't feel pushed into anything and he looked over a few different vehicles we were looking at. Thank you Tanner for such a throughout job and all your help!
Secondly dealing with Nosh in the finance department was like nothing I've ever dealt with in a dealership. He walked us through everything step by step and made sure we were on the same page along the way. His energy, attitude and hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much Nosh you're awesome at what you do!

(July 6, 2021, 7:32 pm)I just wanted to put this review out there, on Saturday evening I came across this car upon googling alberni Chrysler, I literally drove right up to the dealership 30 mins before they closed, Ryan Devries the sales advisor came out right away asking if I wanted to test drive it, I ended up buying it and keeping these poor guys way after hours. The amazing customer service that was provided by Ryan Devries was amazing, he answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with, and continues to be. I discovered a small chip in the windshield the next day and with zero hesitation Ryan said that they would get it fixed and pay for it !
Tony Bevilacqua was also amazing and helped to get the payments I had in mind walking in to the dealership !! Thanks again guys !
I highly recommend purchasing from these two, and I will be back with my partner too buy her next vehicle!!
