Margaret is active in her community and volunteered her time sitting on a board for an incredible organization. It was within this capacity that I first met Margaret when I first moved to St. Albert, AB. As we came to know each other better we became friends, ultimately supporting each other throughout the beginnings of the horrific pandemic and I continue to value our friendship to this day.
Having moved to the East Coast in 2020, I came across a bump in the road with a rental mortgage I have. I reached out to Margaret for her wisdom and guidance. She was absolutely stellar. She was professional, diligent, competent, resourceful, committed, knowledgeable, transparent and efficient. Even though all of the paperwork was completed online and at a distance, everything was seamless. Margaret took great care to answer all of my questions thoroughly and completely.

Was always swift and available whenever I needed her. My life was changed in such a huge way when I bought my home and I owe Margaret a massive thank you for making it possible. I will for sure be contacting Margaret when I’m looking to move onto my next home and I would recommend her to anybody else that finds themselves searching for a broker they can trust and rely on.
