(February 4, 2022, 11:28 pm)Outstanding in every way. Jaxon replaced a ventilation fan in our laser room. He was quick to respond, came to assess the issue within hours, and had the fan replaced far more quickly than I imagined was possible. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. He even thoroughly cleaned the area when he was done. Highly recommended! I will definitely use Heartland Plumbing and Heating again. Thanks Jaxon!

(January 26, 2022, 11:31 pm)Our furnace broke down after a recent -28 cold snap, Jaxon and his helper were out the same day I called. The actual repair took more than one visit, and they had to install a temporary fan so we could have heat while we waited for parts. I have never experienced such exceptional service, they stayed in touch during the whole process to make sure we were ok, offered alternatives and made sure we understood all the alternatives about the repair. I’ve also never had any service person send a photo in advance to verify who they are, what a great added security measure! Truly great service and we will go nowhere else!

He was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. His prices are also less than industry standard, and he ensures the job is done right. He kept in contact with me to ensure the furnace didn’t give out again. He went above and beyond. Truly a great person running a great company. Highly recommend.

(January 8, 2022, 10:50 pm)Jaxon was GREAT! Our water heater stopped working. I figured there was no way we would see anyone for at least a couple of days (bad cold snap), but he managed to get us in the same day. He was friendly and fast. I would recommend him without hesitation.
