(May 21, 2022, 12:32 pm)Park Mazda is the nicest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The atmosphere is welcoming with no pressure from sales staff. If you ask for help or information everyone is willing to assist you or fine someone who will. The service department is great, always pleasant and they take time to listen. I tend to ask a lot of questions and am very satisfied with the answers I receive. They are punctual, car is ready when they say it will be. The parts department is very helpful and pleasant to talk too.
I used their shuttle service recently and it was quick and efficient, with a nice driver. -

(May 19, 2022, 10:52 pm)I really appreciate the service at Park Mazda. When I originally bought my vehicle I was greeted at the door and was made to feel welcome. It was interesting because just a few minutes before visiting Park Mazda, I was at a competitor's dealership where my daughter and I were completely ignored by their staff. I recently brought my car in to Park Mazda for servicing and the experience was as positive as the day that I purchased it. Nice people, respectful towards their customers--you can't ask for anything more from a dealership than that. Thanks Park Mazda.

Comfortable seating while waiting for service to be completed. The Mazda I bought 6 years ago still drives like I did when I first bought it. Highly recommended!!

(May 18, 2022, 4:18 pm)Had an amazing first experience with Park Mazda. I had a leak in one of my valve stems and they were able to get me in right away. Even though they were busy, they were still able to squeeze me in without an appointment. Customer service was quick and the representative was very friendly. I’ve since been back and received the same exceptional service.

(April 5, 2022, 9:39 pm)Service team was courteous and attentive. Kevin assisted me with the service and was professional on his job. Went for an oil change and sadly on my part did not have the chance to enjoy the lounge as my dog wants to walk rather than to wait but drinks were there for your convenience and i may say that it was neat and tidy. All in all its a good place to hang out and provide you a detailed list and video on how the vehicle is up to standard. Oh and pet friendly place too as a bonus! Check them out at Park Mazda over at Sherwood Park.
