Today I just received in the mail a letter from Ric and that extra time he put into writing this letter made me know he appreciated my business. Not only is Ric fast and efficient but is also a genuine person that provides an honest and reasonable quote.

Unlike other service shop nightmare stories, I have never once felt that unnecessary extra work has been recommended or that I am being overcharged or taken advantage of because I have very little knowledge about cars! Ric and his team are honest and kind and go out of their way to do a good job every time, at a competitive rate.
