(May 21, 2022, 4:56 am)This business is vastly superior to what you get from the major bank competition in town. I've deal with both them and RBC and the difference in service is day and night. unlike RBC, they actually answer their phones and stay consistently open, and they remember your name when you show up. Vastly better wait times than RBC too both in person and phone.

(February 23, 2021, 4:39 pm)My man and I are self employed which can make it difficult to get a decent mortgage. The main banks are suppressed by all their rules and regulations and therefore cannot understand how small businesses work. Deanna and Sharon, in Cochrane, are extremely understanding and efficient! We just renewed our mortgage with them and are so grateful for their team and this credit union branch!!!
