The company was very quick to respond to my call and we were able to set a Saturday appointment.
Jesse, the tech who attended, was excellent. He was able to put the rollers back in & balanced the door. Very friendly and helpful in answering my questions.
The price was reasonable, as well. -

And while it was working, the noise made me feel that something more serious was up with my garage door. To save money, I asked for a quick check. The technician looked closely and identified the problem right away. He was armed with his tools and parts and finished the repairs quickly. My garage store is now working fine, minus the annoying noise and the high cost!

The technician came over fast and checked my garage door right away. He told me what was wrong and fixed it promptly. I wasn’t disappointed with my decision because he did his best to bring my unit back to normal. He is a true professional, and I commend him for his excellent skills. From now on, I will only call this company whenever I need help with my garage door. They’re dependable, professional, and honest!
