Constant beeping at front entrance
Mostly well maintained. Parkade has potential to flood though and poor building design. Building didn't warn us about the risks of having CO2 poisoning or other matters revolving around on-demand water heaters. They also didn't metion anything about the building's safety plans or things similar. Maybe look into this building before renting/buying. Just in case.
Underground parking, elevators & non-residents need to be buzzed in. Very secure!
