(May 2, 2023, 3:03 am)We were so happy about the experience of purchasing our Apex Nano 15x, from start to finish! Mike, our sales person was wonderful to communicate with, and did not put any pressure upon us at all. Michael in finance, was also very helpful and informative.
Zach was our favorite of the bunch as he gave us our orientation with confidence and answered all of our questions with patience. He was very knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable with everything on the trailer. Thank you!!! -

(April 14, 2023, 7:02 pm)My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the “Two Mikes” at the Red Deer location Western RV Country this past week. We flew in from Vancouver to check out a 2022 Kodiak Cub. The sales manager, Mike Bussi, was very friendly, and extremely helpful. He had the unit we were interested in all set up and plugged in for our inspection. He gave us a thorough tour, and answered every question we had. He also made a list of the few deficiencies the trailer had, and promised to have them all corrected. Once we decided to make the purchase, we met the Finance Manager, Mike Conley. He patiently went through the sales agreement, as well as the various options that were available to us. We made a deal that we were very happy with, and agreed to pick the trailer up in May.
We would highly recommend dealing with the “Two Mikes” at Western RV Country for your next trailer purchase. -

Is a sales Goddess! First time buyer of a RV Trailer and Sonya just took all the mystery out of it. Once she was informed of family size and the type of camping we wanted to do, she knew the exact trailer that would fit our needs and budget. She did not try to oversell us, and no question was to small for her to answer. She took care to make sure no detail was overlooked.
