Each time I have returned I've been warmly greeted and they always provide amazing service. The ladies in parts are fantastic! I've never had a negative experience here. Plus I haven't had any problems with my Ninja. I appreciate the great service :)

(November 9, 2018, 5:56 pm)Outstanding group of people who care. Everything from the moment you walk in. The clean and organized showroom that is easy to walk through. Prices posted in big easy to find locations on every item. A salesman that is always ready to chat and isn’t to busy to help out. Staff at the desk that welcome you in and help you get the directions needed. All the time smiling and answering phones. The mechanics who are always busy but will take a moment to speak to customers. Knowledgeable but also humble. Then there is Steve, all around good person who is easy to get to know and always concerned you are happy with your visit.
By the way, I don’t work at Kawasaki or have any affiliation with either the staff or Kawasaki. I’m just a customer.
One last note, they love Tim Hortons donuts and coffee. I know this because I took the time to drop some off in thanks. Thanks again for all your hard work!! -
