Chelsea has been a pleasure to work with on our journey of buying our first house. She is very friendly and honest! She always put our interests first and supported us in all our decisions. To say Chelsea was a miracle worker would be an understatement. The amount of heart, time, and determination she put into making sure our house sold in a way that represented our best interests wouldn't do it justice. Together she helped us get a fair price, as well stuck by us as we finished some needed renovations. Chelsea helped us time when to enter the market so that we really felt proud of the home we were selling and it sold rather quickly. My only other experience with a realtor was sub par; when we originally bought our house we over payed by tens of thousands, and the realtor we used at the time really misrepresented the situation so she was able to get the highest possible commission, at our expense. Chelsea on the other hand was willing to not just represented us ethically and fairly, but she literally put her skin in the game and delayed the launch of our sale knowing it had the potential to affect her own livelihood, but would be best for us to enter the market at a time that had our house move quickly instead of sitting on the market and losing value while we completed the work it needed.

In the end we didn't just recover our losses, we also covered our renovation, closing expenses, and took home enough profit that when we sold our home it was with delight and not regret! While also feeling that the closing deal was one the buyers were really excited about to!
