(May 12, 2023, 12:34 am)Beautiful renovated large apartments. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Allows pets so we didn’t have to give up our fur baby. Very warm and friendly staff. Security of tenants is a priority. Great experience lived there for 2 years.

(November 24, 2022, 5:26 pm)The management of this building makes this a great facility, and Marie especially goes above and beyond. The buildings are clean and well maintained. But keep in mind that it’s low-cost housing. I still can’t get the cigarette smell out of my apartment from the previous tenants.

(October 3, 2022, 4:28 pm)Marie is always very attentive to her tenants, the buildings are kept clean and the staff are very friendly! She is very accommodating to us here. The rent is appropriate to the units, and a lot of them are recently renovated!

(September 30, 2022, 6:57 pm)Marie has been an amazing person to deal with on the premises and was the first to help if we came upon any issue. I would definitely recommend giving Parke Avenue apartments (Boardwalk) if someone is moving to red deer or looking for downsizing.
