(May 3, 2023, 4:05 am)The building staff are very professional and friendly. I was greeted with a smile every time I was at the office.
I was looking for months and found this unit on the Boardwalk site. I made an appointment for the Saturday and then in three days on a Tuesday I got approved for the rental and was all moved in within a week.
The building is quiet, no traffic nearby and walking distance to a path by the Red Deer River.
I love it here and feel at peace in my new home.

(May 5, 2020, 1:58 am)Been living here with my roommate for about 9 months now, and so far our experience have been really good. The 2-bedroom unit we're renting is a fair size for two adults and a small pet to live comfortably in, with ample storage, upgraded light fixtures and decent-sized balcony. It is located by the Red Deer River and the old train bridge, and the walking trail beside the complex is an added bonus. It's relatively safe as there's security, but expect a few homeless people digging through the garbage dumps on some odd nights. There are no elevators, so aside from the main floor units, I would not recommend this for mobility-reduced individuals. Overall, we are loving our stay and would recommend it to anyone who is comfortable living in an apartment type setting. Most especially, I would like to thank Phil from the leasing office, as he's been really supportive and hands-on to any concerns and requests that we needed. We feel right at home. He really exceeded our expectations, and we really couldn't thank him enough.

(August 14, 2019, 2:52 pm)Well when I viewed the appartment it was and fairly nice size . been here for 10 months love living on the ground level sitting out and enjoying the view of my. Back yard All board walk staff have been friendly . all freshly painted new bathroom flooring ,tub , sink except all cabinets in appartment and mirror in bathroom , new flooring in appartment except old carpet in bedrooms but liveable. They provide security and 24 hr service. If had a problem with anything it was fixed or attend.
