I personally dealt with Erin and she was awesome, very professional, extremely helpful and communicated with me through every step of my mortgage renewal. She was available any time which made it so easy as I work during regular business hours. Even after my renewal was out of their office and with the bank she was continually following up to make sure everything got processed. 100 percent would recommend. PLUS! She got me a much better rate than what was quoted from my previous mortgage lender.

I had left a message for Jodi who responded within minutes of my request. Jodi had set up the process and discussions between Emily and myself within the hour.
You are made to feel like you are family or close friends from the moment you speak with either one of these ladies.
These two ladies are so pleasant, compassionate and knowledgeable about their work. Regardless of time of day Emily worked tirelessly to have all information in motion to meet the commitment date for closure.
I highly recommend the service of positive attitudes at Whalen Mortgages Red Deer and they got us an amazing mortgage rate. -
