(June 21, 2023, 5:10 pm)Our first mistake was going on Father's day, it was incredibly busy, so must have so that we stood at the entrance for about 10-15 minutes before even being acknowledged, seated shorty after, it was about another 15 minutes before any server came to take our drink orders, by this time we had already decided what food we would like, made the order, added a couple extra sides and waited, maybe another 10-15 minutes until we get our food (without the extra sides...), flagged down one of the servers to ask about our sides and the floor supervisor (or so I imagine) brought our sides, but not before my wife had enough time to finish her meal. After all the food was gone, we waited another lengthy amount of time before any of the empty plates were taken away and our bill to pay. We must have been in there for 2 hours (arrived around 10:30 and left around 12:30). The food was nice, but they definitely seem to be understaffed!

(January 5, 2022, 2:22 am)This is a very new Smitty's in an excellent location. The dining room is well laid out and bright. Our server was friendly and the food came quickly. This is a great place to come for all day breakfast. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips and the kids menu had a good selection too. I really enjoyed my Belgian waffle.

(September 20, 2020, 9:50 pm)Place looks nice . Staff very friendly and efficient. Food rather overpriced priced and pew portions off comparatively to Ricki’s or even Firestone. The temperature was rather warm inside and food service slow. They forgot pieces of order and syrup is cold and so Is butter not really conducive to pancakes and waffles .
