Ordered in on mother's Day, two toddlers waiting in the van, got home after waiting 20 additional minutes. Someone new was in training in the back And messed up on our pasta.
The manager Kara B literally drove to our house on the other side of the West end of Lethbridge, and she not only personally apologized at my front door, but they also gave us a free Caesar salad which was missed from our original order. On top of that she gave me a $20 off coupon.
Say what you want about BP's, but I've never had another restaurant ever come to my front door and have a manager personally apologize to me. Exceptional service!

Clean, comfortable, with good food and ALYSSA, a lovely waitress who served us.
We had Great White North Pizza, Smoked Gouda & Poblano Pepper Ravioli and Buffalo Chicken Pizza.
Everyone enjoyed their meal. -

(May 24, 2022, 1:42 am)Excellent service and tasty food. Could hardly walk after eating. This is the Jambalaya Fettuccine (hope I spelt this right) and wings. The pasta looks a lot more yellow on my phone 😅
