(July 7, 2023, 2:59 pm)Great customer service and I wasn't told that replacement was the best option on my A/C unit. The service tech was on time and very easy to work with. He advised me that if the capacitor wasn't the fix then the only other option was complete replacement of the Air Conditioner. Unlike another company that had come to assess my situation the teck replaced the broken capacitor and I was back in the cool. Thank you to the staff of TNM for a great experience. Randy Roth

Field staff show up early to site and work hard to get the job done with expert skill and efficiency. They maintain a clean and safe work environment as well. Robin, the Office Manager, has been an absolute delight and we can't wait for our next opportunity to use Top Notch Mechanical!

Was stellar at communicating with me to coordinate and Ryan had a quote on n my hands right away. Once we made the call to go with them it was complete within 24 hrs. Definately recommend to others.
