(June 5, 2023, 5:04 pm)My water heater died on me on a Sunday afternoon. In-between cleaning up the mess, I contacted KB to see about someone coming to replace the WH. They had a very nice tech out within 1.5 hours (was at another call out) and was able to replace our WH in less than 40 minutes! Our tech was very nice and even helped with a little of the cleanup. The extra charge for coming on the weekend wasn't even that bad! Would recommend!

(May 10, 2023, 10:38 pm)We have had them install a humidifier, garage furnace, air conditioner, duct cleaning and recently the plumbing done on our basement development. We also had a warranty claim on our fireplace rattling on windy days. They have always done a great job and addressed issues immediately. Wouldn't hesitate calling them back in the future. Keep up the good work.

From the first time we called and the technician literally saved our lives because he found a major problem that would have killed us due to CO to today when they fixed a minor issue with the furnace. Thank you K & B Heating, you have lifetime customers here.

(January 7, 2023, 5:04 pm)Through the night our furnace quit, woke up to a cold house. KB customer service answered the phone early on a Saturday morning and transferred us to their technician Kevin. He came within an hr of the call and had our furnace fixed and running in no time. Would definitely use KB Heating again as they also do plumbing and air-conditioning. KB are Professional, reliable and efficient. Totally satisfied! 5 STARS from me!!
