(August 21, 2021, 7:44 am)Had a great experience taking my Volkswagen to TJ’s! Tony took the time to explain each repair to me and was able to get a proper part in overnight. As a young woman I have had some mechanics in the past try to stick me with a bunch of unnecessary repairs thinking I wouldn’t know any better, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. He was even willing to work with my extended warranty, which not many small shops will do! I’m very glad I found a local shop to trust with my VW and would happily recommend them to anyone else driving a European car.

(June 12, 2020, 8:02 pm)If you are driving a Volkswagen then I would highly suggest you bring it to be serviced by Tony. When it comes to diagnostics I have never had anyone who is as transparent or more willing to explain exactly what is wrong. His fees are very reasonable and I have yet to have any surprises. In fact the bill is usually half of what other shops quote. While you are there you should have Mason clean up your headlights, he does an amazing job. Thank you for being a trustworthy mechanic and keeping me informed.
