(May 26, 2023, 2:20 am)Brought a 93 T-Bird in for resolving a transmission leak. Just simply needed a new seal after it was viewed.
Kelly was courteous and informative with his services. He even went out of his way after closing shop early on the Friday of this past long weekend, to conclude the transaction. Customer service I haven't witnessed in awhile, and I am employed within the customer service industry.
My issues were minor and cheap to fix, but regardless, I was sold the moment Kelly gave me the offer to drop my car off at his shop, and wait in queue until he was able to investigate.
Which he had done so, much earlier than anticipated.
I would recommend purchasing his services and expertise just based off of his customer service skills alone.
I will certainly be returning when I am able to have my transmission rebuilt, to extend the life of my T-Bird.

(May 20, 2023, 5:38 am)Had a leaking transfer case, they were willing to sneek it in btwn jobs. They got me on the road with no issue, literally weeks before I could have booked it in. I'm not sure how they got it done so quick with the bill! Great spot to go! Thanks Guys, Ill be spreading the good word.
