He offered some great advice and provided education around our door/ opener which was invaluable. I would not hesitate to have him back for repair/ maintenance work. Only giving him 5 stars as I cannot go any higher.

(March 16, 2023, 12:00 am)I thought my opener was completely toast, but Brad diagnosed the issue and it turned out to only be a $40 circuit board. I even told them when I made the appt, to bring a new unit, it sounds like it's DONE. On top of that, he fully serviced all aspects of the garage door, and gave me all the tips to keep it in great running order. All this in 1 hour!! Brad is a fantastic service tech, and anyone with issues would be very lucky to have him show up in their garage. Could not be happier. Came quickly and on time as well.
