As a result of his 12 weeks program, I feel stronger, my overall body pain has gone down and I have changed the way I look at movement and exercise on a daily basis. Thank you Neil!

His program is fun, interesting and full of good advice for living life well. Neil and his wife, Jessie, are doing a great service to all who participate in this program and I am very grateful to see my overall health very much improved as an older but active person.

He’s helped me become pain free and most importantly being able to play with my daughter again and enjoying life! Neil is very professional, fun and he truly cares about you!!! His focus on decreasing joint pain and functional living has helped me recover with a balanced and strong foundation, and helps me be able move forward to enjoy an active lifestyle. He has always offered well-researched custom programs to meet my individual needs and challenges, and has been a powerful cheerleader as I continue to progress.
