(March 17, 2023, 4:30 pm)MacKenzie is fantastic. I have a lot of stress in my life and prefer relaxing massages to calm my nervous system down. She uses just the right amount of pressure and still knows how to work out the tightness and trigger points in my neck, shoulders and arms....and yet I am still feeling completely relaxed after. Highly recommended!

They use their professionalism to take the time to explain treatments and recovery expectations. The space is very clean,bright and welcoming. Great job One wellness!

(February 16, 2023, 3:24 am)I have been dealing with One Wellness for years. I discovered Hugh and Jenifer many years ago thanks to my very good doctor. Actually it was before Jenifer came on board. I had been through 3 months of acupuncture with no results. One appointment with Hugh and I was 75% better. One more appointment and my golf and tennis elbow was history. I have been to see many physiotherapists over my 71 years and Hugh stands out as the best I've encountered. He cured my frozen shoulder in 3 visits. I swear there is magic in those hands. Mary has taken over the front end and she does Jenifer proud. Yes Hugh will hurt you in the process, BUT the results speak for themselves! I have referred many patients to this clinic and have never had a negative comment. We are so lucky to have this clinic in Canmore. I have often related to people how lucky we are to have the health care quality and quantity in a rural setting. Yes we have longer waiting times than say 15 years ago, but that's growth and more people coming in from Calgary and area. When you have a clinic like One Wellness you truly appreciate it. We also have amazing other clinics in town for all your other needs. Canmore is truly blessed and I'm not speaking religiously. Cheers everyone.

(February 7, 2023, 2:35 pm)Excellent experience all around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the saunas and steam room in the recovery zone. The acupuncture treatment from Cindy Aiello was amazing. I felt balanced, restored and energized after the 60 min treatment

(February 3, 2023, 8:57 pm)Nice sauna and red light sauna! Great staff. Amazing steam room, so happy it reopened. Nice tea and fireplace area, would be great if even small towels returned like they used to have or a sauna that can get wet to be hotter. Also would be amazing if they got a hot tub or hot pool! Gym looks great!
