(July 16, 2023, 4:23 pm)A classy hotel, situated a short drive uphill from downtown Banff. The hotel provides a free pass to the frequent public bus service that travels from the gondola to downtown and back, stopping at the hotel itself. Fabulous views of the mountains from the Primrose restaurant, lovely while eating their impressive full buffet breakfast!

(May 21, 2023, 2:52 pm)We went for mother's day brunch. The service was fantastic. Our server was professional, yet fun. Any interaction with staff was outstanding. The food was pretty good with many options. I will likely not book a room here though, as the areas that we were in did not seem very clean, like the whole place needed a really good scrub.

(May 3, 2023, 5:20 pm)Excellent hotel! Stayed in grand suite, the view from balcony was absolutely stunning. Spacious luxury room with indoor fire, cozy sofa and bed. Bar lounge also had great atmosphere. Staff are all polite and nice. Would love to come back here again!

(May 1, 2023, 11:29 am)Great hotel and staff! Everyone was amazing from start to finish. The concierge is very helpful. I love the location. It's very easy to get to town as there is a bus stop right out front. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Amazing views and cozy rooms. Definitely looking forward to returning
