(April 23, 2023, 1:12 pm)This year for my birthday I decided to go to the Banff Wellness Retreat. I have never been to a wellness retreat before and I’m so glad I decided to come! I’ll be coming every year now! I have been learning so much from each class and everyone presenting have such a kind and welcoming energy about them. It is a safe environment full of knowledge people and like minds wanting to learn and grow. I highly recommend the Banff Wellness Retreat for anyone of any age! It’s honestly one of best things I’ve done for myself. Thank you for everyone who has helped organize this weekend and make it such a wonderful experience for me!

The tools and gifts offered from each session alongside this beautiful community in attendance is something I’ll never forget. I highly recommend this retreat! (April 15, 2023, 7:44 pm)My girlfriend and I are attending for our first time. The whole retreat has been beautifully organized, the staff and retreat employees are so accommodating and friendly. We love the variety of classes between both the mind and body rooms. Only halfway through and we have learned so much about ourselves so far and are excited to develop more. The instructors have been informative, amusing and full of knowledge. I am so grateful to be here and am looking forward to coming again, there is so much to learn!
