(May 15, 2023, 3:09 am)I dropped in for two days while I was visiting Banff for a conference. Both sessions were excellent. The space is well organized and clean. Kyle was a good coach, adapting his feedback to each person's level. If you're spending some time in Banff, this is a great Crossfit option.

(October 22, 2022, 1:52 pm)My husband and I did a drop in here while on vacation! This was one of the best drop ins we’ve done. Liz was so kind, welcoming and encouraging. Every person in our class was so nice and worked hard. The workout was challenging and a nice mix of strength and conditioning! Facility is clean and equipment was great. Highly recommend trying out Bow Valley!

Liz is an absolutely fantastic Coach, lots of knowledge and experience; and quick to offer tips, advice, modifications, as well as challenges! The atmosphere in the gym is welcoming and fun. Love the 8:30 crew, and look forward to returning many more times when I'm back in the Banff area. Thanks Liz!

Liz has also been great at meeting individual needs and supporting things like trying new skills or adapting for injuries. Highly recommend Liz and the team at Bow Valley Crossfit!
