(January 10, 2024, 1:05 am)As far as seafood linguines go, this one is pretty decent. I would probably recommend that diners check the place out, but I don’t know if I’d be back myself since it was quite pricey for “pretty decent” food. As far as Waterton food goes, this is my pick for a more upscale place.

(October 16, 2023, 1:37 am)The braised short ribs were pretty good, tender, flavourful, side vegetables were plentiful. I would definitely order it again.
The calamari was okay, they were small and had a lot of batter so it was more crispy calamari rather than the fried calamari you would expect to order in a restaurant (usually tender with a bit of crisp outside).
The key lime pie was a disappointment. It was basically a glass full of whipped cream, barely a small teaspoon of graham crumbs and the lime taste was so light probably because there was so much cream.
Our friend ordered the recommended chocolate cake and it was cold and tasted like store bought frozen cake. We asked about this and we were told that it was baked and delivered by a supplier. The key lime cream was done in-house, by the kitchen.
The desserts could afford a change to bring it up to the level of the service, the interiors and some of the food.
There is a huge window across the room with a spectacular view. It was worth going to eat in the restaurant just to get that openness.
Service was good too. The design of the interiors is excellent, one of the better places in the area, I appreciated the way it was designed, much like a cozy, well appointed cottage. -

However, the Braised Short Ribs, despite being recommended by our server, fell short of expectations for its high price. It tasted more like homemade cooking than a gourmet dish.
The "To Die For" chocolate cake was a disappointment despite its brand name on the menu, lacking the expected indulgence. Overall, the ambiance was lovely, but the food choices left something to be desired. -

(July 30, 2023, 1:23 am)Highly recommend!! Although the prices were higher than expected it was so worth it! Everything I ordered was delicious, and our server Nicklas even got the staff the sing me happy birthday!! I loved the service we had, our server has a great personality and made sure we were happy during our time there. The view was wonderful, the music was perfect, and I have nothing but compliments to the chef and bartender! Just a great overall experience.

(July 4, 2023, 4:51 am)We came back after two years to this restaurant and like two years ago the whole experience was a blast.
The location and ambience is great.
Dominique, our host, was amazing: Attentive, professional, and affable.
The tomahawk was great but small for the price. About half of it is bone. The burger was fantastic. The Buddha bowl was cold and not very enjoyable.
2 years ago we tried burger and fish and chips and those were great as well.
I guess we know where we're going to done next time in Waterton!
