(April 4, 2022, 7:35 pm)Brittany in the plot plan department was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the first steps on the home building process. She was very thorough with her explanation who too contact and when. When she wasn't sure on the answer she had her supervisor give us a call within moments to explain numbers on our plots.
My husband Adam then reached out to Courtney in the stakeout department to book in a stakeout and once again, we had fabulous customer service, she was able to explain what documents were required to proceed and explained to us architectural guidelines ( which we weren't aware of). Overall these 3 have made home building so far a easy process, looking forward to more work with Pals Geomatics. We will be definitely using them on future projects. -

Melissa would always answer my calls and gave me all the information I needed from the very beginning. She updated me through the whole process and made sure it was seamless. Will come back for any surveying needs in the future.
