She knew the houses in the neighbourhood and we priced high as she knew the market. My house was on the market for 10 days. I am overjoyed. I could not have gotten a better realtor to represent me.

She took the time to help us understand the process and we were confident she had our best interests in mind every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about building construction and educated us on what to look for when viewing homes of different ages. She was easy to work with and was available when needed. We highly recommend working with Susan!

She was willing to work with our schedules and even went out for showings with us multiple times in the same day when a new listing arrived that was likely to sell quick. Susan explained all the paperwork in great detail and was willing to take the time to answer all of our many questions. Highly recommend!

This really helped to make things go smoothly during a sensitive time since she assisted us with the sale of my deceased brother’s condo.
She always responded to our concerns within minutes and genuinely cared and was highly attentive to detail.
We couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying and selling real estate.
