She has proven herself to be thorough, attentive, dedicated and personable. If it hadn't been for her rapid response with making an offer on the house of our dreams, we might have had to settle for less. Thanks again Mel.

We gave her our top dollar and she gave us a range of properties to look at and we were able to find the right one on the first day out. She connected us with an inspector and lawyer and made the entire process extremely efficient.
Would definitely work with her again. -

We saw 15 houses in 2 days, put 3 offers in. It was a flurry of activity and she was always on top of everything (even giving us a virtual tour when we went back home).
