What is more important is that our company has grown from a single person proprietorship to a company of 9 full time employees in that time and Catalyst has not missed a beat. Along with keeping our networks running consistently and safely, they have also assisted us with new servers and computer purchases and installations, networking upgrades, security against cyber-threats, inventory management etc. The key differentiator between Catalyst and other shops is their dedication to customer service. We have never had an issue with a Catalyst employee and have always found them to be well trained and mindful of how important customer service is to the relationship. TBSM highly recommends Catalyst Network Solutions as they have been a great business partner and have allowed us to focus on growing the business and not IT headaches...that's huge!!!

I did not even hesitate to sign another 5 year contract with these guys because they are worth their weight in gold. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable but can still explain things to someone like me who has no experience in IT. I can literally click a few buttons and they remotely fix stuff for me quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone as they will work out a plan to assist any business regardless of its size or needs. A fabulous group to work with.
