(March 14, 2022, 1:23 am)Initial set-up, appointment booking was very good. Only got disappointed when they fail to show me the parts which were replaced on my vehicle and were wondering like, if I am asking for something weird..
It's not easy to trust anyone in this days, I will greatly appreciate if you can please make a user friendly policy and not laughed at your customer. -

(February 10, 2022, 4:37 pm)The team at Carstar were very knowledgeable, and efficient. Not having all the parts, they still put my car together for now so that I could have it back... she'll go back when parts are in for a couple of hours to finish.
James, office manager was always in contact with me and was extremely understanding and proficient.
